RESERVATIONS: A payment of the last nights stay guarantees your reservation for the scheduled day of arrival until 6pm. We accept all major credit cards, travelers checks, money orders, and cashiers checks. Money Orders must be received within 5 days of booking date. We strive to honor all guest's requests, however, we cannot guarantee a specific unit or floor.

CANCELLATIONS: If a reservation is cancelled at least 3 days prior to arrival date there is a $10.00 cancellation fee. If canceled less than 3 days prior to the arrival date the deposit is non-refundable. If you fail to show up on your arrival date you are considered a “no show”, and you forfeit your deposit.

You can change your dates at any time to avoid a penalty.

PAYMENT: Payment is due in full at check in. We accept cash, travelers checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, money orders and cashiers checks.

No personal checks please.

No refunds for early departure.

STUDENT GROUPS: Minimum age is 18. Anyone under the age of 18 will not be allowed to check in. Identification will be verified at check in. A cash damage deposit of $500.00 is required at check in if no one in the party is above the age of 25. The damage deposit is refunded, minus any damages, at check out after management inspection of the unit.

DISTURBANCES: Anyone causing a disturbance which interferes with the enjoyment of another guest may be evicted with no refund. Stereo equipment is not allowed in any unit.

DAMAGES: You are responsible for your unit and any of your guests. There will be an additional charge for lost or damaged items. There may be an additional charge for units left extremely dirty.

Any Breach In The Above Policies May Result In Eviction With No Refund.
